Oxford BBQ is a Amish family-owned food shop located inside a Farm Market in Oxford, PA featuring mouth-watering charcoal-smoked chiken and ribs, and their fan-favorite bacon-wrapped mushrooms.

When John acquired it from the previous family, it had the foundation of an solid legacy, a delicious product and good service. However, it operated 100% locally and lacked a distinctive visual brand.

Business transitions and family transfers are often the perfect time to reassess branding, as legacy brands may no longer align with the new vision of ownership.

The project started as a simple, quick rebrand and website to promote the business. As we examined the potential technology, we collectively created an opportunity for John's traditionally operated Amish business to utilize full online ordering at his walk-up restaurant.

This allows for customers to place and pay for orders 100% online. The orders are sent to a fax machine, allowing the staff to fulfill them in time for pickup.
