Living Well

I did the website for Living Well Chiropractic and Wellness several years ago. At that point, it was mostly about chiropractic and functional medicine.


Since then, their Wellness Center has undergone significant evolution. Their office space even expanded and they added a long list of incredible modalities to help with a wide range of health issues. It required a complete re-look at the site to determine how to showcase everything they do for their patients.


Most centers like this list all of their available treatment options, and you're left to sift through them all and hope to find what you need. 


I wanted to find a better way that created a better experience for their patients.


We DID show all the modalities, but we also built a thorough matrix with a focus on the symptoms and ailments. You know - the things people actually come searching for. 


Most people aren't looking for "PEMF Therapy." They just want to know "what helps with circulation or swelling issues." 


We built a list of "ailments" and matched them with possible treatment options.


But then, took it a step further. 


We used the integrated AI Agent experience, trained it on our search matrix of terms, modalities and ailments, and allowed for a natural-language interaction, providing a way for visitors to search for their ailment and get recommended solutions from the Wellness Center. 


Coupled with some stronger brand language, imagery and a new office tour video, these changes have created a dramatic uptick in traffic and user engagement (as well as offloading a lot of questions and calls from staff).
