Shiaya Healing Arts started as a simple poster redesign. They were advertising at a local health club, and the original ad had the classic symptom of a misaligned brand: Talking about themselves instead of focusing on the customer.

Particularly in a field that's not immediately familiar, reframing the brand messaging in a way that quickly and easily identified with the customer's pain points, hopes, and desired outcomes became imperative for success.

The poster transitioned to a website, which took all of those foundational brand principles and expanded them into a full customer journey, including an online booking system and event management.

Since launching, Jill has taken the reins of local marketing, promotion and networking, and her business is booming.

Starting a new business is always a monumental task. From advertising, the look, the feel, the message and most importantly, the Website, every detail is of the utmost importance to not only attract your target market, but to keep them actively engaged and ultimately booking an appointment.  As a Sound Healing and Energy Therapist, I knew that it had to be clear for people to understand what I was offering and how I could be of service in their healing process.  It is a modality that is not quite mainstream in the Western  world yet, but truly helpful in bringing people into better alignment and well-being so I needed this information to be delivered properly.  Matt listened carefully, as Energy work was fairly new to him, but he not only captured who I am as a person, but also showcased my services in a comprehensive, easy to follow and engaging manner. We worked together as a team to create the perfect website which is serving me so well! I am a question-asker and Matt was always prompt and helpful to not only answer me, but he created solutions that I most definitely would not have thought of. Once my site was ready for me to begin to create my own emails, blogs, etc. Matt took his care and time to help me see and learn how I can manage everything from billing, payments, schedules and more!
