Functional Therapy and Wellness was at an important transition in its business. After years of service, they had naturally evolved from a “mom-and-pop” therapy practice into a unique, full-fledged wellness sanctuary in Gordonville, PA with a personal and fully integrated approach to wellness.
Owners Kourtney & Justin took the right mindset and approach to the brand. Their instinct to press pause at a crucial stage in their natural business evolution, evaluate their full brand identity, and re-emerge with a more cohesive approach was refreshing, and a true testament to their priorities and wisdom as business owners.
Our intensive Insight Interview process was "like therapy," leading to a complete reshaping of how they presented their messaging and brand to their clients. This focus is helping them to relaunch in 2026 as they step into a new season of growth.
